My Story
Welcome to Navigating Neuroiversity. I'm Megan Anderson, fellow AuDHD’er, Neurodiversity Coach, and Founder at Kaleidoscope Support. It all began with my late diagnosis and my daughters, when the spectrum became my life and my calling. Now I share everything I’ve learned to make it easier for others. I do it for the lost girls and others that the system missed due to high masking and outdated understanding. My latest book, Chameleon: High Masking on the Spectrum, explores this phenomenon and the impact on lost generations who were missed.
We are building awareness and sharing new points of view to create a world where neurodiversity is accepted, embraced, and understood...and that starts at home, at schools, at work, and in our public spaces.
I share education and affirming practices to support well-being and personal growth. We don't require a formal diagnosis. As someone late diagnosed, I know firsthand how it caused so many extra challenges because I was not taken seriously sooner. With the right diagnosis, I was able to make direct lifestyle changes that improved my own outcomes through learning, exploring, and practicing day-to-day.
I offer guidance as you seek more self-awareness and understanding while exploring the roots of neurodiversity and the ways it may impact your daily life, health, or other goals.
Neurodiversity is a journey woven into our daily lives. It is also vastly different for each individual because it is a spectrum; so I believe wellness planning should be as unique as each individual to meet their personal goals & needs.
Throughout life's ups and downs on the spectrum, I had to adapt to find my way through for myself and then for my family. Now I am here as a resource to help you. Caregivers, educators, organizations, and others also need help navigating neurodiversity, so we welcome those who want to learn to partner with us.
