Our support groups are divided by age.
With parent/guardian permission, teens between 13 and 17 may join the Students on the Spectrum Peer Support Group.

*Community Rules & Culture * We aim to provide a positive and uplifting space, free of judgment. But, that requires good conduct and for our community standards to be upheld, for our network to remain a safe space. We have moderators but do not control members, and try to maintain freedom of speech for public use with age-appropriate discussions within groups. We are not responsible for member published content; and do not claim to endorse any member's views. We ask our members to please refrain from sharing any misinformation. We don't allow anything illegal, any form of harassment, or otherwise abusive/harmful behaviors, actions, images, or language to be used in our network. We are neurodiversity-affirming and encourage our members to be. We are here to provide a space for individuals to express and learn about neurodiversity together in a secure environment. Members may be banned from posting online if they violate community standards of conduct or rules, in order to protect other members.

How Long are Trials? 14-Day Trial for Monthly Membership Plan. 30-Day Trial for Annual Plan.
Can I Cancel? No Hassle: No contracts. Cancel monthly plans anytime with no contracts. You're in control. A monthly membership may be canceled at any time to end payments.
Refund Policy? Risk-Free: For annual plans which are a one-time fee, full refunds are available during the trial period if you wish to discontinue anytime within the first 30 days. The first month is refundable for monthly plans if unhappy, and may be canceled anytime to prevent any additional charges.
Do you Accept Insurance? No, because of limitations to online service providers in some locations, we provide an affordable direct-pay membership model to remain flexible and accessible. Our program is educational. We are coaches trained in neurodiversity fundamentals and neurodiversity-affirming care principles who serve as facilitators and mentors. We provide education, skills, and training in an empathetic and encouraging environment. We also have peer support through our network and community that has nothing to do with medical care but is more about the social side and building connections. Our programs provide a more holistic approach to navigating neurodiversity with guidance from experts and insights from peers on the spectrum with lived experiences that new members can relate to and learn from. In some cases, individuals with HSAs or similar programs may be able to submit for reimbursement, however, that is up to each person to confirm and submit for themselves.
Do you Screen for Autism or ADHD? Yes, we help with screenings using the recognized tools available for self-assessments online. We serve those with a diagnosis already or those who are still seeking a diagnosis. We can help you develop a personal wellness plan based on your specific needs with our coaching programs. There is no cost to use the screening tools and we provide links to those freely throughout the site. We help guide you if you have questions about the process and can help provide clarity about your assessment results. Screening is often the first step toward formal diagnosis. We have a list of neurodiversity-affirming care providers we can refer you to for next steps based on your results.
Is it All Online? Yes! All of our classes and coaching services are completed online for convenience. Our coaches help with mindfulness, evidence-based strategies, holistic techniques, education, resources, finding accommodations, and sharing ways to adapt to the environment to support neurodiversity. We have our website, forum, live streams, classes, mobile app, podcast, and other social channels all online to make it easy to access anywhere!
Do you Prescribe Medicine? We can provide referrals to licensed providers to help you with continued care, but we do not directly provide medical treatments, lab services, or prescribe medications here. We maintain a referral network of providers we work with.
What is Your Customer Support Like? If you have any challenges with accessing content or any other technical issues our support team will always try to assist promptly. We have a support chatbot that can help with some basic issues for immediate help. If you have billing questions, don't wish to share information over a chatbot, or have any other account issues, simply contact the Help Desk. We aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible, typically responding within 1 business day and answering based on the order received.
