Our Story
Neurodiversity Peer Support Groups & Online Coaching Programs
Focused on Neurodiversity, including Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and exploring co-occurring conditions like sensory differences or executive dysfunction.
The Kaleidoscope Support Network is an inclusive space providing coaching, support groups, and resources for navigating neurodiversity.
We believe education is the key to improving outcomes related to neurodiversity.
This is our mission and motivation for creating our educational programs.
Individuals living on the spectrum often face unique challenges connecting with peers or resources. Here you can learn and develop skills in groups or at your own pace.

Our Approach
Our educational programs are designed to address the unique needs of individuals, embracing neurodiversity and fostering a sense of belonging.
We integrate evidence-based practices and innovative support to empower individuals to overcome challenges and improve their well-being and mental health based in neuroscience.

Founded by an AuDHD'er
I know that this road is not an easy one to walk every day. Neurodiversity comes with a blend of strengths and weaknesses and presents in such a wide spectrum that it's very hard to squeeze a one-size-fits-all strategy around it.
We believe each individual is unique, and so is their journey to health and well-being.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND OUR COACHING MODEL
Our memberships are for those seeking additional support through group classes or coaching.
There are no insurance claims, just a simple flat rate. All plans include the freedom to cancel anytime.
What we do: we provide groups, skills, education, coaching, empathetic listening, resources for well-being, evidence-based strategies, and screening tools.
Our online resources are ideal for those who struggle with social anxiety or other challenges that make in-person sessions more difficult.
Memberships help fund our efforts to provide education and updated research through our network. Fees also help cover the costs of hosting our community channels, app, site, and more to maintain the network and online services.
Disclaimer: Our network does not represent any particular licensed medical providers.
We have a referral network of neurodiversity-affirming providers to share, so you can choose your own medical doctors.
We may share resources, but if you want a formal diagnosis, we don't provide that directly.
There are several free self-screening tools we share access to for those seeking answers.
All information shared on our website is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute direct medical advice.
We also provide a public forum for open discussion for the community, but we do not claim to endorse any particular member's views, nor are we affiliated with anyone for endorsements.
