ChatGPT, Anthropic, Gemini, and other AI tools are emerging with Agent abilities that can be helpful in a variety of ways. Being able to speak/chat in natural language to prompt the tools makes it more accessible for everyone to use. We have a course on how to use AI tools as digital assistants in our program.
Phone Apps:
Dubbii - iOS, Android app. Body doubling app for household tasks. Watch videos and have household tasks broken down step by step.
Speechify: text-to-speech reader - app & chrome extension available.
AngelSense - Wearable GPS Device for proactive monitoring and alerting for caregivers. Especially helpful for children who struggle with eloping/wandering/getting lost. Pairs with phone app.

The AQ (Autism Spectrum Quotient)

Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale–Revised (RAADS–R) Looks at the subjective experience rather than just behaviors.

The Adult Repetitive Behaviors Questionnaire-2 (RBQ-2A) This measure looks at experiences connected to restricted and repetitive behaviors.

Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q) This is a good one to capture high masking individuals.
